Dex Entry:
Cloteech are so small and weak that their bite feels like a dull object poking you. They're considered a minor pest and often
reside in lakebeds where swimmers will occasionally walk out of the water with a few attatched. In large numbers, this Pokemon can easily drain a person's blood, making them need an immediate transfusion. Usually, doctors can force this Pokemon to spit up what they gorged on, and have even been known to use this Pokemon for medical uses in the olden days.
